Family
Susan Anne Povich was born to mother Phyllis Minkoff & father Maury Povich. The couple started to date during the early 1960s. They got married in 1962.
Both Povich and Minkoff tried to keep their marriage from breaking for 17 years but then decided to get separated in the year 1979. The duo has two children together, Susan and Amy. Amy Povich, who is one of the siblings, is now married to David Agus.

Both her parents moved on in life, with new partners by their side, after the divorce. Philip Baskin & Minkoff were romantically involved. The couple got married in the year 1980.
