Adi, born on the 19th of January 1975, was born in Tel Aviv, Israel. His father, Dudi Ezra, is a billionaire and as a result, he enjoyed all the benefits that follow. His mother is named Rachael Ezra and his grandfather, Meir Ezra, is the owner of Neto Group.
Adi is a famous figure in Business. He attended the Interdisciplinary Centre Herzliya, studied Business Administration, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree. With his degree, he could just fit into any role in their family business.

In 2008, Adi was initiated into business management when the Company was revived. According to his Bloomberg profile, he currently heads three companies which are Ezra Ltd, El Gaucho Ltd, and Williger Industries Ltd. These companies are subsidiaries of Neto group.
In 2003, He was appointed the Chief Business Development Officer at Neto Malinda Trading. Neto Group is well-known throughout Israel as one of the best food companies, making total sales of about NIS 2.6 billion in 2019. That amount to about US$1 billion.
The company was first founded by Dudi Ezra, Adi’s grandfather, and presently, David Ezra, Adi’s grandfather is the chairman and president of the company’s board. That may mean much more for Adi!
Adi’s Ezra’s Relationship with Bar Refaeli
In 2012, Adi and Refaeli met at an event. They were then introduced to each other by a friend. Not long after, the duo started seeing and spending time with each other.
Bar Refaeli is a well-known actress, host, businesswoman, and model. In essence, she started featuring on magazine cover pages as early as 11 years of age. She has also anchored the X-Factor show.
However, before then, Refaeli had just ended her five-year relationship with Leonardo Di Caprio. Adi and Refaeli eventually started a relationship and Adi Ezra even got more famous afterward. Although Adi is ten years older than Refaeli, Refaeli feels it’s perfect.
Three years later, the duo got engaged. Some sources claim that Adi’s proposal to Refaeli was done in the Caribbean while they were vacationing. She uploaded a picture of them together and wrote “Love” as its caption.
Their relationship hit a rock at some point. It happened at a party when Adi accused Refaeli that she was dancing intimately with Mark Jagger. This incident led to a big fight and they were separated for months.
However, they got over it and they came back together and have ever been growing stronger

This couple got married on the 24th of September, 2015. The wedding ceremony took place in a Jewish traditional way, at the Carmel Forest Spa close to Hafia. It was graced by 300 relatives and friends who include Israeli celebrities.
The couple said their vows with the theme song “The Beginning of the World” which was composed by Shabbat Shlomi. They were solemnized by Rabbi David Yitzchak Grossman. There were some drones, a helicopter, and a hot air balloon flying across the venue also.
Their wedding ceremony faced little challenges over whether to allow air transportation above the wedding venue. The airspace above the venue initially approved it to be closed. But later, an order was given by the transportation minister to allow free air movement over the venue.
In all, the wedding was a successful one. The couple is happily married and blessed with three kids.

After their first year of marriage, they welcomed a new baby girl, Liv. Liv Ezra was born on the 11th of August 2016. Then, about a year later, the couple welcomed another baby girl Elle. Elle Ezra was born on the 20th of October, 2017.
This was revealed in an interview with the People, stating the exact time and the weight of the baby. In January 2020, the couple announced in a post that they have welcomed a new child in the family. Although, few details were released about the newborn baby, according to the Times of Israel, reports had it that it is a boy.
The couple is doing their best to train the kids in the Jewish tradition. They try to keep the family and the kids away from the media limelight although the duo is particularly popular.
Adi’s Wife Faced Legal Issues
Adi Ezra’s wife, Bar Refaeli has been involved in a serious issue as she was charged with some crimes which include perjury, tax fraud, and money laundering by the Israeli government. She was also accused of not revealing her income so that she could avoid paying taxes. However, she claimed that she hasn’t been in Israel for two years (2009 & 2010), which is why she hasn’t been fulfilling her obligation to the government.
She claimed that she had moved abroad during that period to live with her boyfriend. This claim was refuted by the authorities on the ground that the two were not married.
However, an agreement has been reached and a verdict has been passed by the government. Refaeli has been fined $1.5 million, and then she will have to do the community service for nine months. Zipi, Refaeli’s mother was also convicted of evading taxes and she has been sentenced to 16 months in Jail.
